Job Description: Scheduling Technicians for repairs, installations and evaluations. Position requires someone who is accountable, self-motivated, organized and professional.
General office skills
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
Must be detail oriented.
Possesses good human resource skills and be able to follow-up in a timely manner.
Must be organized and neat.
General Math Skills, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization, Informing Others, Thoroughness, Persistence, Deadline-Oriented, Results Driven.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9am -5pm
Must be able to work all of the necessary hours and have your own transportation.
Looking for an immediate hire of office assistant.
Must have great organizational skills, great phone skills and attention to detail.
Interviews will be conducted next week.
