It really depends on location, spacing, amount of people using the handicap ramp and how long it will be in place. Your safest bet for the best solution is to have us do a free consultation of your home.

Is a mobility ramp a safe solution?

Wheelchair ramps are highly safe solutions so long as it has been installed by a trained professional and the wheelchair ramp slope is not too steep. Our blog on this matter will help inform you of what to look for when assessing your ramp.

How long do ramp installations take to complete?

Usually it an hour to a couple of hours to fully assembly and install a handicap ramp. For longer lengths, the process may take the majority of the day to finish, but can be done and used on that same day.

What is an ADA compliant wheelchair chair ramp.

ADA guidelines establish by the US government that layout the necessary requirements needed for a safe mobility product They are strict and enforced for businesses and commercial use, but not enforced for residential homes.

Should I have construction work done beforehand?

Not necessarily, since wheelchair ramps are assembled on site. All you need is the space to build onto. Aluminum mesh ramps, wooden ramps, portable ramps etc.. can be assembled on site easily and quickly.

What’s the price range for a wheelchair ramp?

Depending on the style, the cost can range anywhere between $100 to $2000. Wooden ramps are slightly cheaper compared to their aluminum ramp counterparts.

Are ramps slip-resistent?

Unlikely since outdoor ramps come with a tread or mesh that preventing rain/snow from impeding your movement. Even with wooden ramps they have grips and non slip attachments.

How much weight can a ramp hold?
